Office Evolution is betting on the suburbs by growing its franchise footprint across Florida and Michigan, as well as expanding existing locations in Chicago and San Antonio.
The new locations, which are expected to open in the coming months, will be located in Troy, Michigan; Boca Raton, Florida; and Jacksonville, Florida as demand for flexibility and hybrid work solutions continues to grow.
In San Antonio, the company plans to expand its existing location by 40%, incorporating an additional 39 offices and conference room. The Chicago location will also add 39 new offices and a large conference room for up to 30 occupants.
“Based on a number of factors, we are now looking to double the size of our brand’s footprint in the next three years,” said Jason Anderson, President of Office Evolution.
