The Search Office Space team is excited to announce the launch of their redesigned website, complete with a new colour scheme, updated content on flexible office space and a user-friendly interface.
Search Office Space is one of the flexible workspace industry’s longest-running office space brokerages. The company initially specialised in matching businesses with serviced offices (or executive suites) when the sector began to grow in the mid 1990s, and has since expanded to build lasting partnerships with new coworking providers, business accelerators and startup incubators.
Simplifying the search
Visitors to their site can choose from a list of popular areas or enter a specific location into the search bar. Search results provide the option to shortlist individual offices or make a quick enquiry.
Richard Smith, Search Office Space’s CEO explains:
“As ever, client satisfaction remains at the core of what we aim to achieve. We want to make it easy for people to find a new office anywhere in the world by streamlining the search service and providing them with a range of options that match their requirements and budget.”
Unlike property listing sites, Search Office Space’s consultants provide insight and advice to clients looking for a workspace that ticks all the boxes.
New features
New elements have been added to the website’s design in line with industry changes and technological advances.
Listings
Each serviced office or coworking listing has a bespoke description detailing key information on the property and its USPs. High resolution images are displayed clearly above the fold to capture the eye of the browser and an adjoining map enables the visitor to see the location in proximity to nearby transport links.
Coworking
To reflect the evolution and diversification of the flexible workspace industry in recent years, SOS has added a ‘Coworking’ page to their list of services. The content outlines the features and benefits of working in a shared office space as well as the facilities and services included in the rental fee.
Key events
A new calendar feature lists key industry and workspace provider events, such as The Office Evolution conference hosted by the GWA and The Coworking Europe 2017 conference, both taking place in November. Networking events at popular venues are also going to be listed, like FORA’s School of Life evening taking place at their Clerkenwell location later this month.
