HubSpot, RingCentral, Adobe, and Chegg ranked highest among large companies with more than 500 employees. HubSpot was ranked first for its 92% CEO score, its “comfortably fast” work pace, and its 97% rating for a positive work environment.
Chegg’s chief people officer Debra Thompson said that the company sets itself apart with a flexible vacation policy, an emphasis on mental well-being, and efficient people managers who help employees feel connected to their employer in a hybrid work environment.
