Each partner has the exclusive development rights for Serendipity Labs in their market area and will benefit from being part of a national coworking network that provides centralized marketing, sales, technology and operational support. Serendipity Labs members can choose coworking, private offices and team rooms, and will have access to the workplace reservation system and mobile app that gives them the ability to book space at all Labs across the country.

“Serendipity Labs chooses experienced partners who meet our rigorous standards and operate hotels or commercial real estate at an upscale service level,” says Brad LeBlanc, Senior Vice President, Development and Franchising, Serendipity Labs. “We’re excited to work with these partners as they deliver on our brand promises. We look forward to opening Serendipity Labs in Nashville and Denver in 2017.”
