Coworking spaces are leading businesses small and large to rethink their own office environments. A recent JLL report, Emerging Trends in India’s Office Sector, found that some companies are allowing teams to work out of coworking centers to reap the economical and time benefits.
56% of corporate real estate leaders (CREs) in India believe that providing more flexibility for employees is top priority.
Since the coworking market is expected to continue rising, companies are almost certain to mirror the benefits of these shared offices in their own spaces.
Despite corporations having a large amount of space in the form of flexible offices, they cannot rely on coworking centers across newer regions. Instead, these businesses need to provide their own setup that, at the very least, offers the same level of flexibility.
Now, some large companies are taking portions of their own office spaces to experiment with the coworking model on their path to enhancing the employee experience.
