- Halkin opens two new flexible workspaces next to Crossrail’s Station in Mayfair
- Increasingly, businesses are seeking out flexible options in the West End
- The company will be announcing international expansion plans in the coming months
Halkin, a flexible workspace operator with a number of locations in Central London, has opened two new buildings at 15 and 16 Hanover Square, Mayfair. This follows the unveiling of their boutique offering at 13 Hanover Square (Q1 2018), which has proved successful in attracting SMEs looking to establish a West End presence.
Matt Forster, Halkin’s Head of Marketing, explains: “For Halkin, acquiring two new buildings in Hanover Square was a no-brainer. As flexible working becomes the norm, companies expect to find agile, cost-effective office solutions in traditionally expensive places like Mayfair as well as areas typically associated with flexible working like the City Fringe.”
“2019 is an exciting year for Halkin. We’ve got further growth plans in the pipeline, including a brand new fully-serviced workspace in Copenhagen which will be our first foray into the international market. Follow our social channels to keep up-to-date with further news.”
15 Hanover Square
A traditional Mayfair townhouse situated on the north side of Hanover Square, overlooking the gardens and a stone’s throw from Crossrail at Bond Street. The property has been refurbished and is fully fitted with ergonomic furnishings that complement the building’s original Georgian features.Â
As well as partitioned offices to accommodate small to medium sized businesses, members can make use of meeting rooms, a reception area and breakout spaces.
16 Hanover Square
Another townhouse containing both private and coworking workspaces with high ceilings and large sash windows that flood the interior with natural light.Â
Halkin was founded in 2015 by experienced serviced office provider Michael Kingshott (CVO). With over 100 years of combined property experience, Michael and his team of property experts have created a unique offering that reflects the current demand for design-led and community-driven workspaces.
