WeWork has announced its first UAE location will open ahead of schedule. The company’s Abu Dhabi coworking space will be located at Hub71 and will cater to tech companies, financial speculators, colleges, and new businesses. When it opens in one year, it will take up roughly 5,000 square meters.
“We anticipate opening our WeWork space in Q1 2020, making it accessible to the entire of Abu Dhabi,” said Mahmoud Adi, CEO of Hub71. “This isn’t only an uplifting news story for Hub71 occupants, yet for any individual who needs to be in the focal point of Abu Dhabi’s tech scene.”
Hub71 was created by numerous investment companies, including Japan’s SoftBank, who also sponsors WeWork through its VisionFund.
