Venture X, an American coworking space franchise, is set to open its first European location in London, specifically Chiswick Park. Chiswick Park is a 1.8 million square foot business campus, and the upcoming Venture X location will take up 13,990 square feet of the campus.
The coworking space will take up the fifth floor of building 7, joining the likes of Danone and DaVita International.
Speaking about the deal, Andrew Ross, director at Venture X UK & Ireland, stated:
“We have carefully chosen to launch in Chiswick Park – not only it is a fantastic, modern & green location, but our members will also be able to enjoy the activities provided by Enjoy-Work.”
Enjoy-Work is a programme by Estate Management Company, which manages Chiswick Park, that offers events and concierge services for over 9,000 workers from 72 companies.
