Israel-based coworking company MIXER Work & Lounge will open its first U.S. location in Washington D.C.
The 30,000 square foot MIXER RowHouse will open on 600 Massachusetts Avenue early next year.
Currently, MIXER has opened four locations across Israel since its launch in 2016.
“D.C. is the nucleus of America and is bursting with unmatched energy and passion,” said Omer Granit, founder and CEO. “The business community here is so diverse — from politicos to think tanks to international organizations to startups. Kind of like our MIXER communities.”
The new location will feature both indoor and outdoor workspaces, a fitness facility, a rooftop garden, conference rooms, a VIP lounge and 24/7 access for up to 350 people.
