Coworking operator Industrious will open up a new coworking space in Cherry Creek Shopping Center, marking its second Denver location.
The 25,0000 square foot space located on East First Avenue will open by the end of the year. It will offer shared workplaces, private offices, a cafe, networking events and access to the entire Industrious network.
This deal signals the third time Industrious has opened a location in a Taubman Centers-owned property, the other two being in Short Hills, New Jersey and Kansas City, Missouri.
Cherry Creek Shopping Center is located in the city’s Cherry Creek neighborhood and is close to the headquarters of eight Fortune 500 companies.
