Sheffield-based property management company, Omnia Property Group, is celebrating 15 years of success in Yorkshire and the UK.
The group, which includes a flexible office space division, started with just two members of staff and one property in 2005. Today, under the management of Joanne Race and Amy Ryan, who acquired the company in 2018, Omnia now manages 200 properties across the country.
Flexibility is key for Omnia, and one of its most recent appointments is the vegan food venture Plant Based Valley, based in the North East and owned by Heather Mills, where Omnia manages the serviced office element of the operation.
For Omnia Managing Director Joanne Race, this contract demonstrates the diversity of their current portfolio. “Omnia Property Group has long been an established and recognisable name in the South Yorkshire business community but when Amy and myself came on board it was our clear intention to take that name and make it a nationwide brand.
“Our 15th birthday celebrations really are a tribute to their [our team’s] dedication and determination to maintain our place in an always challenging marketplace.”
