UK-based flexible working job platform Flexa has launched this week, allowing both employers and candidates to explore the world of flexible working.
Flexa aims to bridge the gap between the 68% of workers who want more flexibility and employers who want to explore top talent, while tapping into the growing demand for flexible hours and remote working.
Flexa lists full-time jobs, and candidates can find positions that suit their lifestyle, whether that be flexible scheduling, remote working or a dog-friendly workplace.
Managers are encouraged to offer feedback to applicants for jobs listed on the site regardless of if they are interviewed or not.
“Flexa is about much more than simply offering jobs with better flexibility. It’s about helping people to build a better quality of life while also building a successful full-time career,” said Molly Johnson-Jones, co-founder of Flexa. “Traditional office-only, fixed hour jobs don’t work for everyone — in fact, they don’t work for most people. The ability to work from home, or during hours which suit workers best, improves productivity – and it can also greatly enhance mental health.”
