McDonald’s Corp. announced its post-pandemic work arrangement. The restaurant chain will require workers to be in the office three days a week. The new setup gives employees an extra flexible workday a week compared with their pre-pandemic policy.
CEO Chris Kempczinski also announced that the company is ready to begin business travel again. Kempczinski is planning five international trips for the rest of the year, starting in August.
In a pre-taped interview, Kempczinski said that McDonald’s is ready to go back to the office and to their restaurants.
“We ultimately are an in-person business. We’re in-person in the restaurants. We’re in-person in the office.”
