Zest Digital members start with a questionnaire survey of marketing needs, which allows the company to then extract the common needs of SMEs and standardize the front-end marketing needs for each brand.

Currently, there is a gap of media resources for the office industry, but Ucommune is attempting to fill it by using media channels of the office scene, as well as offline advertisements such as community LED. The coworking company has also utilized its own app, community WeChat public account groups, and more across its locations.
